• A firm's last 12-months LAA submissions are retrieved from CWA. Presenting risks are assessed and files targeted for LAA audit are identified with supporting justification to enable firms to self review
• A sample of closed files can be reviewed on-site and feedback provided
• Category specific Peer Review guidance is shared and discussed, with attention to client care letters

Training now available which count towards individuals learning & development requirements. Designed for firms who have received a Peer Review rating of 4, or those wishing to improve their current 2-3 rating. 

• Your last Peer Review report is reviewed
• Common Peer Review issues are shared alongside other Peer Review category specific and process guides 
• Learning points are pulled together in a bespoke document
• A category specific 'Peer Review File Review' form is created for your organisation to be used in addition to the normal file review process or on every file to ensure a rating of 3 or above is achieved at the next audit.
• The above is supported by 2-hours on-site training delivered direct your fee earners and supported with category training certificates.
