APPEAL OF TERMINATED CIVIL & CRIME CONTRACTS
We contacted Tungsten Legal Consultancy following the termination of our crime and civil contracts that we have held for some time now. We had sought the assistance of other consultants in the matter of our appeal but none of these organisations was able to provide the guidance and assistance we actually needed to appeal the decisions to terminate the contracts. The contracts were terminated shortly before the bidding for the new Crime contracts commenced which meant that unless we won the appeal we would not be able to bid for the new Crime Contract owing to the termination.
We were finally introduced to Tungsten Legal Consultants and Mr Jason Hill, their Managing Director, who was fresh from the Legal Aid Agency and has impeccable knowledge of how the legal aid contracts work, was able to provide advice and assistance and actually drafted the appeal grounds on our behalf.
Our contracts were reinstated immediately and we were able to bid for the new Crime contract!
Words cannot express our gratitude to Mr Hill and Tungsten Legal Consultancy as without their help, we would not have succeeded in the appeal!
