Do you have a legal entity set up from which a tender bid can be submitted? Ltd Company, Sole Trader LLP etc.
Have you considered staffing or an office location?
2)
Is your legal entity authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, with COLP/COFA and MLRO roles approved?
We offer a SRA New Firm Application service, please contact us for details.
This is a priority as the SRA can take up to 3-months to approve, and you must have this for the LAA’s verification deadline, yet to be published.

Do you hold either of the two quality standards, Specialist Quality Mark (SQM) or Lexcel?
We offer a full SQM and Lexcel services, please contact us for details. Lexcel is considered the better standard and more widely used by private practice, but it is about to be updated to version 7. SQM is faster to obtain, and this option is preferred for new firms prior to tenders. Lexcel can always be achieved at any time in the future if preferred.
